Three steps: no shaker, no kettle, no queue at the machine.
1. Chew
Pop a piece when you need clarity: before a meeting, a session, or a deep work block. The gum base is there to carry flavour and keep actives in play while you chew.
2. Absorb
Buccal absorption (through the mouth) means relevant ingredients can get moving without waiting on a full stomach or a long digestive path. You will feel timing differently than a latte, usually quicker on an empty mouth, still useful with food.
3. Focus, then carry on
